Sell on WhatsApp and online: order bot, catalog and courier COD
Let customers order by chatting with your WhatsApp number, show your catalog online, sync Daraz and Shopify stock, and book TCS or Leopards parcels with COD.

Your customers are on WhatsApp and online shops. Munshi brings those orders into the same stock and khata as your counter.
WhatsApp order bot
Customers message your WhatsApp number and the order bot shows your menu or catalog, builds a cart, asks for pickup or delivery and the address, and confirms the total. The order appears in Munshi; one tap makes the bill.
Your own shop page
Turn on your online shop page (apnamunshi.com/your-shop): products with photos and prices, and a "Order on WhatsApp" button. Share the link on Facebook and Instagram.
Online stores
Connect Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce and others: stock stays in sync (sell the last piece in the shop and it goes out of stock online), and online orders come in as bills.
Courier booking and COD
Book TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax or Call Courier parcels from a bill, print the label and track the parcel. When the courier sends the COD payout sheet, upload it: Munshi matches every parcel by tracking number, flags any difference, moves the money into your bank in the books and records the courier's fee. Returned parcels go back into stock once.
Bringing customers back
- Campaigns: send an offer to a group of customers on WhatsApp or SMS.
- Loyalty points and offers that apply by themselves.
- Feedback: a "Rate us" link on every receipt; unhappy customers alert you at once, happy ones are asked for a Google review.
Tip: start with the WhatsApp order bot for your regular customers. It takes orders even while you are busy at the counter.
